For 12 years, I relied on birth control pills, believing they were the only way to "manage" my symptoms. But deep down, I knew I wasn’t truly addressing the root cause—I was just masking it. When I finally decided to stop taking the pill, I was met with a wave of symptoms I didn’t expect: irregular cycles, fatigue, breakouts, and mood swings. It felt like my body was struggling to find its rhythm again.
